Drive me, Tesla?

What happens when your car becomes smarter than your GPS? Recently, Tesla’s first fully autonomous Model Y drove itself home from the factory. It got me thinking: if I get one, what do I call it? “It” doesn’t seem right for something with its own mind. My wife jokes she’s already planning to confide in our future Tesla – finally, a companion who won’t judge her spontaneous ice cream stops or shopping detours!
