Paul was appointed CEO of Randstad India in 2017. Dupuis has over 24 years of experience in Asia across Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea. He is responsible for leading Randstad’s operations, overseeing multiple locations across India. In addition, Paul has been a versatile leader in developing strategies for the profitable growth of Randstad’s wide range of businesses in India.

Paul is also the author of ‘The E5 Movement: Leadership Through the Rule of Five’. With a career built through game-changing leadership, the book takes from his own real-life experiences as an athlete, volunteer and CEO. The E5 is a unique leadership model; a call to action to all leaders, globally, to inspire and lead for change. The five Es include: envision, express, excite, enable, and execute.
