The certification implies that a minimum of 70% of our employees have confidently voted in favor of the organization, rating us as a great place to work. Randstad India performed exceptionally well, with evaluation scores significantly higher than the India Staffing and Recruitment benchmark, and remarkably close to the metrics of India’s top 50 organizations.
